Works on the speech models — fine-tuning the recognisers, and building the evaluation that says whether a change actually helped rather than just moved a number.
Ndebele lead
Leads isiNdebele: prompt design, dialect coverage and review, so Ndebele is collected and trained as its own language rather than adapted from Shona.
